RETURN POLICY


Returns 

Our policy lasts 30 days submit refund or replacement request through our email or messenger. If the item arrived can not be used and damage return in 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Bluesky Style Store will provide a full refund/replacement if:

– Orders arrived damaged.

– Order arrived damaged but the customer doesn’t want the replacement to be sent.

– For electronic products, customer should open the dispute in 5 days after received.

– For ordinary products, customer should open the dispute in 2 days after received.

– Photos of the damaged item to prove damage.

– Screenshot of the e-mail or dispute received.

The products might need to be returned to our warehouse if our Dispute Operation Team asks for a return on the after sales service. 

Bad Quality:

We will check most of the items before shipping them out, but sometimes the buyers still complain about products received.

– Imperfections such as bad sewing, incorrect size/color, parts missing, not working etc.

– For electronic products, customer should open the dispute in 5 days after received.

– For ordinary products, customer should open the dispute in 2 days after received.

– Photos of the items received from buyer to prove imperfections.

– Screenshot of the e-mail or dispute received.

>> The products might need to be returned to our warehouse if our Dispute Operation Team asks for a return on the after sales service center.

>> For parts missing, Bluesky Style Store only accepts resend it instead of the full refund.

Delivery Countries Limits: 

Because of international shipping method ability limits, some of the shipping countries is pretty hard to be delivered.

We will not accept any dispute about delivery once order dispatched if ship to countries below:

Haiti, Kyrgyzstan, Madagascar, Mauritius, Bangladesh, Nepal, Nicaragua, Swaziland, Jamaica, Zambia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Egypt, Sudan, Libya, Algeria, Angola, Bahamas, Benin, Belize City, Burundi, Dominican Republic, Gambia, Grenada, Cuba, Palestine, Mexico, Brazil, Paraguay.



To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a picture of the product, screen shoot email receipt proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

The Dispute Which is not CJ Faults:

Bluesky Style Store will not accept any disputes that buyer received with reasons as below.

– The buyer does not like it.

– The description is not real.

– Products smell unusual.

– The buyer ordered the wrong items or SKU.

– The shipping address provided incorrectly.


Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@blueskystylestore.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@blueskystylestore.com
